From arrival through final send-off, every detail is managed so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

Travel fees apply outside of California.

For destination celebrations outside of California, flights are covered by us. Client is responsible for two nights of accommodations and local ground transportation. Additional travel fees may apply based on location and event logistics.

Guest Accommodation Management

This service includes assistance with securing hotel room blocks, communicating reservation details, and serving as a dedicated point of contact for accommodation-related questions. From coordinating accommodations to communicating key details with your guests, this service helps simplify the process and ensures everyone attending your celebration has the information they need for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Guest RSVP Management

Starting at $500

Managing guest responses can quickly become one of the most time-consuming parts of wedding planning. With Guest RSVP Management, we handle the organization and tracking of your guest confirmations so you can focus on enjoying the planning process.


This service includes monitoring guest responses, maintaining an organized RSVP tracker, and providing updated guest counts as responses are received. We will follow up with any missing responses prior to the final deadline and deliver a finalized guest list for your venue and catering team.
